* Based on the Coaching Application and/or Project 40 sessions, coaches will be selected for the new teams.  The Coaching Committee will provide these new coaches with all the tools/information necessary in order to successfully begin a new team.  We will also provide the new coaches with player contact information in order to insure maximum turnout at the tryouts.  The coaches will set up tryouts (preferably in middle January) in order to form their new teams. In order to maximize player development, the two new teams that form in each gender will be tiered, or will be separated into an “A” team and a “B” team.  These teams will not be a social organization, but a developmental organization.  The coaches will need to
commit to working together in order to be eligible for the position.  In addition, there will be a “Manager” selected for each age group/gender that will oversee the development and training of the boys/girls as well as the coaches.  The “Manager” will be responsible for selecting the two teams with input from the selected coaches and Coaching Committee.
