Attention Coaches and Team Parents

All those interested in serving as MSA Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents must undergo a background check. This policy has been mandated by Indiana Youth Soccer (IYS).

Coaches need to renew their background check every two years.

The background checks are completed via a secured web site. Visit their web site and select the Risk Management Disclosure Form.
