The FYSA office will be closed December 24, 2008- January 1, 2009 for the Holidays. The Office will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on January 2, 2009.

Information, program definition and requirements for the Academy Accreditation Program can be found by clicking here.

FYSA accredited academies may use an age-appropriate code with the Academy code (ADY) as the league code. For example, a U10 accredited academy program at ABC club in District A1 would be coded as A1-ABC-041-ADY. The pass will be an FYSA recreational pass.
