HISTORY OF FC "ZVARTNOTS-AAL"

        FC "Zvartnots-AAL" was founded in accordance with the order of the SJSC "Armenian Airlines",SJSC "Armaeronavigacia" in February of 1997.
       In 1997 "Zvartnots-AAL" team /the aviation employees/ took part in the first division Armenian National Championship matches and gained the 8 th place.
       In 1998 the team participated in the first division Armenian National Championship matches and this time gained the 1 st place, thus having the right to play in the top division of the Armenian Championship.
       In 1999 have participate in the top division of the Armenian Championship "Zvartnots-AAL" gained the 4 th place and obtained the right to appear in the European championships.
       In 2000 the team reached the final round at the Armenian Independence Cup.
       Nowadays "Zvartnots-AAL" is among the three leaders in the current Armenian Championship and is fighting for the title of champion.
       In 2001 "Zvartnots-AAL" team has got a second prize place in championship of Armenia.
       Football Club Zvartnots-AAL has own base and stadium, capacity - 2000.
