Concord Soccer Association Names National Team Coach as Its Director of Coaching   
Concord Soccer Association has named National Team Coach Fran Kulas as its new Director of Coaching and Player Development. Fran Kulas, who has coached men and women, boys and girls, field players, goalkeepers, and teams at every level of soccer in the United States, joins the Concord Soccer Association as its Director of Coach and Player Development. Presently an Assistant Coach with the Under-14 & 15 USA Women's National USA Women's National Team programs, Coach Kulas brings a wealth of experience that will aid him in....
