Welcome to the official website of the NorthEnd Social Club. This was a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky group made up of friends and fans of Major League Soccer's Columbus Crew and the Ohio State Buckeyes. The initial purpose of this "club" was to have a good time learning and playing the sport of soccer, but evolved into individuals joining each other for group social outings (dinner and drinks, trivia, concerts, sporting events, theater, festivals, and other exciting things). We used to put the U back into FUN!
However, many of us went our separate ways...it is just a fact of life. People grow older, start families, move to new locations, increase responsibility...nothing lasts forever. Except the unique friendships and the wonderful common bond we had in the NorthEnd Social Club.
Still, for those who venture to this website...check our In The News section for that rare update (not everything appears on the front page) and the Message Boards for where people shared what they had to say!
Our Motto - "WE PLAYED FOR BEER" We were the people your parents warned us about.

At the same time, take a moment to visit the Crew Soccer Foundation. This is the charitable arm of Major League Soccers Columbus Crew and is dedicated to serving as a catalyst for community investment and development. Leveraging the organizations unique status as the states and regions acknowledged soccer leader, the CSF works to advance the sport at all levels and enrich the overall quality of life in central Ohio and beyond, with an emphasis on developing the potential of our areas young people.

I know that it has been some time since many of us have seen each other. Many of us have gone our separate ways. Though each of us have moved on to new endeavors and no longer actively play for the NorthEnd (NESC Roosters) team, I am sure you will join me in wishing our friends and teammates that continue to play 'the beautiful game' the best of luck in the upcoming indoor soccer season.
