08/01/06 Update!!! We lost today to a good Shelford side in the league Cup. We came in at half time 2-1 up but fifteen minutes of madness left us 4-2 down with half an hour to go. We made a spirited comeback and created some great oppurtunities for an equaliser, although a last minute clearance of the Shelford line prevented us from forcing the game into extra time. For the first time we wore our new kit courtesy of our sponsors Chemtest. You can see team pictures in the Photos section.
16/12/05 Update!!! Well the first half of the season is over and we have only lost twice in the league and we are still in two cup competitions. Not a bad start to the campaign! Last Sunday saw a 2-1 away victory against Banyers to put us in the last 16 of the VB Trophies league cup. We would also like to extend thanks to Chemtest, who have kindly offered to support us this season.
26/09/05 Update!!! Yesterday's match against Kingston Foresters Reserves finished a nil-nil draw, although we created some good chances to score. You can read the match report here. We remain third place in the league, and this Sunday we take on 5th placed Girton Eagles at Trinty Old Field. The squad section of the website has just been updated with the beautiful faces of our team on Sunday.
22/09/05 Update!!! Two games in to the new season and we are currently in third place, with a 5-0 win against Arbury and a 2-2 draw against Ely Park Rangers. This Sunday we entertain Kingston Foresters Reserves at home in the league. The photos section of the website has just been updated with pictures of our friendly against Churchill.
Newsflash!!! Our 7 a side team the UCL Allstars have been victorious in the Super Sevens league held in Comberton! With an impressive record of ten victories and no defeats we hope to build on this in the forthcoming season in the Halls of Cambridge division 1a.
